COVA AI uses a water-cooling circulation system. Combining water-cooling with fan ventilation creates continuous physical cooling, not just airflow. Tests show the surface temperature can drop by up to 50°F, offering long-lasting comfort for your baby.

No. The side fans release ultra-fine micron mist that targets high-temperature areas (neck/back) inside the cooling mat. The PU-coated backside provides water repellency, and the mesh fabric surface is treated for anti-mold and antibacterial protection—resulting in a cooling sensation without dampness.

The cooling system uses a sealed pipeline design, so it will not leak during normal use. If leakage occurs, please check:

• The water level is below the MAX line.
  
• The tank cap is properly tightened.

Yes. The mist function only activates when there is water. Without water, the fans will continue to blow air but will not produce mist.

(1) Check whether the main fan light is blinking. If not, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until it blinks, turn on Bluetooth, and try pairing again.

(2) If the light is blinking and Bluetooth is on but the app still cannot find the device, the pairing may have timed out. Turn off the main fan and close the app, then try again.
