Our Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days after purchasing. You are able to return our products for any reason if the item is in new condition with all the original packing materials.If the product has any manufacture defect(s), we can simply replace it or provide a prepaid return label for full refund upon request.
If your product has shipped and you refuse to accept the package or request to return to sender, you will still be charged the appropriate return label fee.
Return Process
- Fill out the return request in the following link.
- Once we verified the order abides by our return policy. We will send you a prepaid FedEx return shipping label.
- Drop the return item to any FedEx location with our return shipping label.
- We will issue a refund in 5 business day once we received the return item. The amount would be the order cost minus the flat-rate return shipping cost within 5 business daysSeveral types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Restocking Fees
If the returned product we receive has obviously been used and does not follow by our return policy. We will charge a 20% restocking fee and return shipping cost from the refund amount.
